Hello!
My name is Daniel Hoffman
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology from Ave Maria University, graduating in the fall of 2019. Since then, I’ve built a diverse career as a personal trainer in Wisconsin, working with a wide range of clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. Alongside my training career, I’ve pursued professional athletics, playing as a wide receiver. I spent a season in the Fan Controlled Football League and most recently played a year of football in Germany, with plans to return next year.

Online Training
Experience the freedom to pursue your fitness goals on your own terms with personalized online training. This program provides tailored workout plans, offering 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week, complete with warm-ups, cool-downs, primary exercises, and instructional videos for proper form and tempo. Whether you have a full gym or minimal equipment, our plans adapt to your needs, though access to free weights is recommended for optimal results.
